Jennifer Michaels Hair studio offers generous helping hand

Barrington, Illinois

Jennifer Michaels Hair Studio ran a program called Pink Hair for Hope in October to raise money for the Breast Cancer Foundation.  For a small donation of $10.00, a pink hair extension was added to the hair of the donator. The idea caught on like wild fire and a fabulous $5,000 was donated by the salon to the cause. 

A cut-a-thon was next with the idea of helping out the Toys for Tots cause. With the generous donation of the stylists’ tips and the cut-a-thon proceeds, the salon raised over $1,500.

The Jennifer Michaels Hair Studio will accept toys for the Toys for Tots program through December and is offering a 10% discount on a haircut with each donation.
